Managing a residential building often means spreadsheets, group chats, and paper notices. Administrators lose time answering the same questions, and owners can't see clearly where their money goes.
I designed Propel as two connected products: a web app where administrators manage units, budgets, events, and requests, and a mobile app where owners see their balance, news, and payments in a few taps.
I designed the Propel web app and owner mobile app as one system: the same colors, charts, and components on both, so it feels like one product.
Administrators get a clear dashboard for units, budgets, events, and support tickets. Owners get an app that shows what matters to them first: their balance, the building news, and what they owe.
